Technical Support Engineering

Technical Support Engineering is a frontline/user-facing team that handles technical support, desktop technology and hardware, user devices, and other specialized systems to support our artists and staff.

Meet Jessica

What do you do in your role?

As a Technical Support Engineer, I ensure that artists and staff have what they need to make great movies. I monitor and process all technical requests and help find solutions that allow our artists to continue drawing, animating and rendering. I help with everything from simple hardware requests to diagnosing and resolving complex issues with our render and server infrastructure.

What brought you to Disney Animation?

Disney has always been a huge part of my life. I enjoyed all of the iconic Disney movies and fell in love with the stories, music, and animation. From an early age I wanted to be a part of the Disney family so that I could help bring magic and happiness to the world as it had been brought to me. I seized the opportunity when I heard about an open position and since then, I've been fortunate to work with an amazing and innovative group of people. It's been my dream come true.
